Pangasius fish, scientific name is Pangasius bocourti, also known as spear fish, belly fish, is a slippery fish in Pangasiidae family with high economic value, concentrated in many countries around the world. This species is native to the Mekong Delta in Vietnam and the Chao Phraya River basin in Thailand. This fish is an important food in the international market.

2. Ba Ba Ca Kho Tau
– Material: For 6 people: 300gr basa fish, 100gr bacon, 1 cup of coconut water, 10 quail eggs, scallions, dried onions, capsicum, paprika, with fish sauce, salt, MSG, pepper.

3. Ba Sa Ginger Ginger Fish
- Material: For 6 people: 300gr catfish, with spices, ginger, garlic, dry onions, scallions, cooking oil, pepper, chili, salt, fish sauce, sugar.

4. Ba Sa Pepper Peppers
- Material: For 6 people: 300gr fresh Ba Sa fish, 5 little spicy green peppers, with pepper, chili, dry onions, scallions, sugar, fish sauce, main noodles.
+ Clean raw materials. Large green chili sliced or cut in half, small chili remains. Basa fish cut into pieces.
+ Put fish in a pot, add green chilli, chopped green onion, a small spoon of dried chili powder, two tablespoons of fish sauce, crushed brown sugar, a small spoonful of salt and chopped dried onion. Marinate for 10 minutes. Dried onion with some golden oil sprinkled on the fish, with 3 spoons of sugar wins the candy.
+ Cook the pot on the stove, bring to a simmer and simmer for about 3 minutes, add some hot boiling water. When the water is still thick, the wedge will taste again depending on the taste, sprinkle pepper on the fish surface, turn off the heat and add the scallions. Scoop out a plate to make salty food with rice.
5. Deep-Fried Ba Ba Ba Fish
- Material: For 6 people: 400gr Ba Sa fish fillets, packages of breadcrumbs, wheat flour, chili, herbs, dill, lettuce, 2 eggs, with spice pepper, cooking oil, seasoning seeds, sauces mayonnaise lisa.
+ Clean ingredients, cut fish into pieces to taste as you like.
+ Smash the egg into a plate, add a little pepper, stir fish sauce to melt the eggs.
+ Dill vegetables washed, kept half, and half finely chopped. Lettuce, herbs, soaked in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes then take out and drain.
+ Marinated fish: finely chopped dill, a little pepper, a little seasoning and a little spaghetti to fish, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.
